C10 Visa
The C10 visa is designated for foreign nationals participating in meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions (MICE), or similar events, in the role of a speaker, presenter, or influential figure. This visa is strictly for individuals serving as speakers at events and does not permit the holder to be stationed at or operate a booth.
C11 Business Visa (Exhibition)
The C11 visa is suitable for foreign nationals attending meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) for the purpose of marketing goods or services as an exhibitor. This visa allows direct marketing activities at exhibition booths. However, it does not permit the visa holder to act as a speaker or presenter during the exhibition.
- All visa applicants as mentioned above are required to have a guarantor/sponsor in Indonesia.
- Participants must inform their colleagues or foreign invitees who will be attending the exhibition venue about the applicable visa types to ensure the smooth running of the exhibition.
- In addition to the aforementioned visas, foreign nationals are also required to complete a declaration form via the All Indonesia application (available on the PlayStore or App Store), or by visiting the website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id in order to obtain clearance from immigration.
- The organizer shall not be held responsible for any negligence in the processing of foreign nationals’ travel or immigration documents.
